We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide requested catalog or product information, operate and secure the website, maintain business records and send seasonal updates when you subscribe.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the site, store inquiry records and deliver transactional email. These providers process information on our behalf for those operational purposes. Current infrastructure includes Cloudflare services and email delivery through Resend.
Sharing
We do not present inquiry information for sale. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, relevant manufacturing or logistics teams, or authorities where reasonably required to operate, fulfill a request, protect rights or comply with law.
